Business Planning Manager and PMO
(Full time, based in IL or NL)
As a Business Planning Manager and PMO at Hazera, you will play a main role in supporting the SLT shaping the company’s strategic direction by translating goals into actionable plans and overseeing the strategic projects. You will lead the global annual business planning process review and deployment of project management methodologies, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and support the management team to ensure the company’s strategic objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO and Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) in developing and implementing the consolidated long-term global strategy
- Lead the global business planning process and review with clear milestones, timeframe and deliverables across all functions. Support the SLT members and their functions to develop, align and consolidate a holistic and compelling mid-term strategy plan.
- Facilitate the SLT meetings by organizing the agendas, prioritizing discussion topic, taking meetings’ minutes, ensuring follow-up on decisions and actions and managing the monday.com SLT board.
- Manage and monitor key strategic projects ensuring their scope, objectives, quality, schedule, and cost are aligned with the company strategy and goals.
- Map, own and maintain an updated view of all key global projects. Provide monthly status updates to the SLT & conduct quarterly progress reviews.
- Lead the deployment of standardized project management methodologies, tools, processes and best practices across the organization.
- Lead special projects as directed by the CEO (such as business and budget decks, GLF events etc.), adapting quickly to emerging priorities.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Be a solid and professional link to LVS PMO related activities.
Required Profile:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Eng or else.
- Minimum 7 years in business planning and/or project management or equivalent major business. responsibility, with a strong background in project management methodology development.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, collaborative and engaging.
- Successful leadership of complex, cross-functional projects in a matrix international organization.
- Knowledge of seed business processes is an advantage.
- Managerial experience is an advantage.
- Proven skills in financial management and analytics.
- Strategic thinking, sense of urgency, ability to translate broad objectives into structured plans.
- Result-oriented & data-driven, proficient in KPI management and tracking.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication and presentational skills.

עבודה מול קבלני שרות חיצוניים בתחום חשמל, בקרה, מיזוג, ציוד ועוד. ומול ספקי ציוד, כולל הזמנות ותעודות משלוח. במסגרת התפקיד התנהלות מול יחידות שונות באתר לביצוע טיפולים תקופתיים ותקלות שבר.

Summary
- The Global Reporting Manager is responsible for all financial consolidation, analysis and reporting, for both Hazera and Limagrain management.
- The position reports to the Global FPA Manager and works closely together with the Budget and Business Controllers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the consolidation of the financial reports, including calculating and booking consolidation entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements reports and analysis for company and group management and other relevant reports, analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
- Manage relationships with the other team members to ensure timely and complete reporting.
- Close cooperation with the Budget Controller to assist each other in peak seasons.
- Work closely with other Finance functions to implement standard accounting practices and financial processes, including harmonization with sister companies.
- Provide pro-active business support and build strong partnerships with all relevant functions.
- Other assignments may be added as needed.
Candidate profile
Education and experience:
- Qualified Accountant: CPA level – mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting with experience in Financial Statements analysis;
- At least 3 years of international experience in a complex industrial environment, understanding IFRS accounting;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and in writing.
- Strong MS Office skills.
Personal skills:
- Strong data management and analytical skills;

Summary
- The Finance Manager IL is a key position in the Israeli organization, responsible for all financial activities, including accounting, tax compliance, reporting, payroll and insurances.
- Being part of the global Finance management team, the Finance Manager IL takes a leading role in the full harmonization of accounting practices and financial processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Be responsible for overseeing all finance-related activities in the country and developing the local team as a whole.
- Manage the accounting team, including a Chief Accountant, a team of 8 Bookkeepers, and an Administrative Assistant. Generate and record regular accruals, prepayments, and other accounting transactions.
- Prepare financial statements and other relevant reports, analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly management reporting.
- Ensure adherence to tax and legal regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Manage the payroll unit, including a Payroll Manager and 2 Payroll Accountants. Ensure accuracy in payroll calculations and work in close cooperation with HR.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with local insurance requirements in close cooperation with Legal, handle tax filings and ensure adherence to local tax laws.
- Help implement, as part of the global Finance management team, the strategy of the Finance division. Work closely with the Finance Manager NL to harmonize accounting practices and financial processes.
- Provide pro-active business support and build strong partnerships with all relevant functions.
Candidate profile
Education and experience:
