Summary
- The Global Financial Planning & Analysis Manager has the responsibility for all activities regarding financial planning, reporting and analysis, for which s/he is supported by a team of controllers.
- The purpose of the FPA team is to direct the organization in where and how it must improve its performance, based on thorough financial analysis of data.
- The aim is to bring the FPA function to a higher level. The Global Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will lead this process.
Job description
- Management and development of a team of 9 controllers (based in IL, NL and Poland);
- Responsibility for the annual financial planning cycle (budget and rolling forecasts);
- Responsibility for the financial consolidation and reporting to the French parent company, including the reporting done by the subsidiaries;
- Providing direction to the organization based on thorough financial analysis of data;
- Providing pro-active business support to the organization;
- Management of the modules in the financial tools, QlikView and Hyperion;
- Other analysis and reports as may be required by the Company.
Candidate profile
Education and experience:
- CPA-level (acquired by education or experience).
- At least 5 years of experience in financial management.
- At least 5 years of international experience in a complex industrial environment.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and in writing.
