Marcom Intern Position
Mission: To provide marcom support to our subsidiaries and other internal partners, applying a market-driven approach and solutions orientation. Help the IL team bridge between regional market goals and corporate strategy and policy and strengthen brand visibility and awareness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and implementation of regional/market annual plans and promotions.
- Maintain brand language and strengthen brand visibility, awareness, and consistency.
- Support HQ activities for web, social media, and content.
- Participate in ongoing activities and special corporate projects.
Interfaces:
- Internal: Work closely with Commercial, Product Managers, Chain Management – Fresh Produce, R&D, Customer Service, HR, Processing.
- External: Customers/growers/others (Distributors, Suppliers, Press, Limagrain & Sister Companies, Competitors, Institutional, Visitors).
Requirements:
- Education: Currently pursuing a relevant degree.
- Good computer skills – Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Proficient in English and Hebrew.
- Decent knowledge of digital marketing tools such as:
- Facebook platforms – Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp.
- Other social media channels – LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok.

- Ability to collaborate with peers and motivate interfaces.
- Ability to support tasks and projects, engage others, and work under tight schedules in a dynamic environment.
